We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Back Office Assistant to join our Commercial team in Oinofita, Greece.

By joining this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of supplier data, monitoring deliveries, and supporting the smooth execution of supply chain processes.

 

Your role will encompass:

  • Support daily communication with suppliers and external partners and follow up on delivery timelines, shipments, and customs procedures.

  • Review and verify supplier documentation against agreed specifications.

  • Enter, manage, and maintain data in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and update records in Excel.

  • Perform electronic filing and archiving invoices and related documentation.

  • Monitor payment processes and ensure proper alignment with internal procedures.

  • Coordinate incoming deliveries and perform final verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.

 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken).

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Exposure to international suppliers or import/export processes will be considered a strong asset.
