Τι θα κάνεις
- Οργανώνεις όλες τις λειτουργίες του καταστήματος και αναθέτεις αρμοδιότητες στην ομάδα πωλήσεων.
- Παρακολουθείς, καθοδηγείς και εκπαιδεύεις την ομάδα για τη βελτίωση της απόδοσης και την επίτευξη των στόχων πωλήσεων.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα παράπονα πελατών και διατηρείς τη θετική εικόνα του καταστήματος.
- Υλοποιείς και παρακολουθείς προωθητικές ενέργειες σε συνεργασία με το τμήμα Marketing.
- Παρακολουθείς τις τάσεις της αγοράς και τον ανταγωνισμό για τη βελτίωση του καταστήματος.
- Αποκτάς νέους πελάτες και συνεργάτες.
- Παρακολουθείς τα Sales KPIs του καταστήματος και συντάσσεις σχετικές αναφορές όπου απαιτείται.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το ταμείο.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργίας καταστήματος και διαχείριση ταμείου
- Ηγεσία ομάδας και διαχείριση στόχων πωλήσεων
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων πελατών και απόκτηση πελατών
- Διαχείριση προωθητικών ενεργειών και παρακολούθηση Sales KPIs
- Ανάλυση αγοράς και ανταγωνισμού και διαπραγματεύσεις
- Αγγλική γλώσσα και τεχνολογική εξοικείωση
