Τι θα κάνεις
- Κατανοείς τις τεχνικές απαιτήσεις των διαγωνισμών.
- Εντοπίζεις τεχνικούς κινδύνους από τα έγγραφα του διαγωνισμού και τις συνθήκες του εργοταξίου.
- Εκτελείς υπολογισμούς για την εκτίμηση βασικών διαστάσεων κατασκευών και την κατάρτιση Επιμέτρησης ποσοτήτων.
- Αξιολογείς προσφορές συνεργατών, υπεργολάβων και προμηθευτών και υποβάλλεις εισηγήσεις στον/στην Proposal Manager.
- Επικοινωνείς με πελάτες, εσωτερικά τμήματα, συνεργάτες, υπεργολάβους και εξωτερικούς συμβούλους για την κάλυψη των απαιτήσεων του διαγωνισμού.
- Συντάσσεις Σχεδιασμό layout της πρότασης σε συνεργασία με τεχνικούς εμπειρογνώμονες.
- Συντάσσεις προτάσεις για έργα πολιτικού μηχανικού, συμπεριλαμβανομένων τεκμηρίωσης, σχεδίων, χρονοδιαγράμματος και προϋπολογισμού.
- Διευκρινίζεις ζητήματα με τον πελάτη σχετικά με την υποβληθείσα προσφορά.
- Αρχειοθετείς και οργανώνεις τα δεδομένα των προτάσεων.
- Ταξιδεύεις περιορισμένα σε εγκαταστάσεις πελατών και έργων στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Πολιτικός μηχανικός με Ανάλυση στατικού σχεδιασμού ή Ανάλυση γεωτεχνικού σχεδιασμού.
- Λειτουργία εργοταξίου και Υλοποίηση ενεργειακών έργων.
- Διαδικασίες προτάσεων και διαγωνισμών και Αξιολόγηση προσφορών.
- AutoCAD και Επιμέτρηση ποσοτήτων.
- Εντοπισμός τεχνικών κινδύνων και Τεκμηρίωση έργων πολιτικού μηχανικού.
- Αγγλικά· Γαλλικά ή Γερμανικά.
