We are currently looking for a Project Supplies Coordinator to join our Project Management team in our officies in Painia.
Your role will encompass:
- Attending project meetings as needed, following the direction of the Project Management Team
- Collaborating with the Responsible Engineers and the Project's Procurement Coordinator on all matters related to project procurement
- Overseeing the implementation of the supplier contract agreement
- Acting as the intermediary between the supplier and the Responsible Engineer concerning technical matters
- Handling communication between the Project Team and the Suppliers
- Planning and leading clarification meetings after the supplier contract agreement is in place
- Be the contact person for the suppliers, after the supplier contract agreement.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles. Ideally with contract management responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good command in English
- Advanced use of MS office
- Familiarity with power plant components and market standards
- High communicational skills with external partners
- Leadership Skills with ability to work collaboratively
