- Διαχειρίζεσαι το έργο από την αρχή μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση εξασφαλίζοντας παράδοση εντός χρόνου, προϋπολογισμού και πεδίου
- Συντονίζεις τα τεχνικά και διοικητικά θέματα των έργων Ηλιακής Φωτοβολταϊκής Ενέργειας
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την προετοιμασία και συνεχή ενημέρωση του σχεδίου διαχείρισης έργου με χρονοδιάγραμμα και ορισμό προϋπολογισμού
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αποκλίσεις και αλλαγές για την επίτευξη των στόχων του έργου
- Υποστηρίζεις την ανασκόπηση των συμβάσεων EPC και υπεργολάβων για την προστασία των επιχειρηματικών συμφερόντων
- Διαχειρίζεσαι διαπραγματεύσεις συμβάσεων, αλλαγές παραγγελιών και συμφωνίες με υπεργολάβους και προμηθευτές
- Επικοινωνείς με υπηρεσίες κοινής ωφέλειας και αρμόδιες αρχές για θέματα σύνδεσης, αδειοδότησης και κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης
- Εξασφαλίζεις τη διαθεσιμότητα και κατανομή πόρων
- Δημιουργείς και διατηρείς πλήρη τεκμηρίωση έργου
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία στη Βιομηχανία Ηλιακής Φωτοβολταϊκής Ενέργειας και Διαχείριση Έργων
- Διαχείριση Συμβάσεων και Διαπραγματεύσεις Συμβολαίων
- Διαχείριση Κινδύνων
- MS Office και MS Project

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in MRES-ET division based in Athens.
Your role will encompass
Managing a project from inception to completion, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
Coordinating the technical and management aspects of Solar PV projects
Manages the preparation and the continuous update of a Project management plan including schedule, budget definition
Manages deviations/changes to ensure the achievement of the assigned goals of the Project
Support in the review of EPC and subcontractors’ contracts, to serve and protect corporate business interests
Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and other agreements with EPC subcontractors and vendors as required
Communicate with utilities and other authorities regarding interconnection, permitting, and other regulatory compliance issues
Ensure appropriate availability and allocation of resources
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
5+ years’ experience in a related role within the Solar PV industry
PMP will be considered as an asset
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
Excellent verbal and written communication in English language
Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of contract & project risk management
Experience in leading negotiations and resolving disputes
Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and work effectively with project stakeholders
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
