We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join ourProduct Strategy & Development team as part of our Fully Integrated Energy Utility Division based in Paiania.

By joining this role, you will drive the development and launch of innovative energy products and services through market-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic product planning. You will help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping customer-centric solutions, managing innovation initiatives, and ensuring successful go-to-market execution. This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to broaden their impact, strengthen their product management expertise, and contribute to the company's transformation and long-term success.

Your role will encompass:

  • Assumes responsibility for overseeing the entire new product development lifecycle from conceptualization to launch of designated products and services

  • Defines Product Requirements for the development of new Products & Services

  • Actively monitors the performance of recently launched products within the specified area of responsibility, fostering close collaboration with the Product Management & Market Analysis team to ensure ongoing success and strategic adaptation

  • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, technical, and sales, to ensure seamless alignment and integration of efforts

  • Manages & develops innovation initiatives and partnerships

  • Develops and executes go-to-market strategies for new product launches

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Sciences or other relevant discipline

  • Master’s degree in a related discipline will be considered an asset

  • 5+ years’ experience in similar roles (Product Development, Product Management)

  • Knowledge and understanding of the elements and the drivers that affect performance throughout the customer lifecycle

  • Comprehensive knowledge of product development methodologies

  • Awareness of emerging technologies relevant to the energy sector

  • Knowledge of industry regulations to ensure compliance

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
