We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team, in our Athens Offices.
As a product manager you will work with cross-functional teams, such as Strategy, CX, Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT and BI teams, to collect the appropriate data, conduct business cases and implement GTM plans
Your role will encompass
•Collaborates with Product and Strategy Manager and contribute to product strategy and roadmap
•Scans best practices and propose new Schemes that infuse value both to customers and the company
•Ensures on time delivery of new schemes - Time to Market as scheduled
•Establishes alternative optimal pricing strategies
•Composes state of the art PRDs, for Developers
•Provides data-driven insights to support decision-making process
•Conducts financial analysis of assigned portfolio. Analyze the profit and loss (P&L), identify and assess financial risks
•Conducts Business Cases and scenario analysis
•Monitors product performance and patterns over the product lifecycle of assigned portfolio.
•Defines metrics to be evaluated & provide requirements to the support and engineering teams to shape performance reports
What you bring to the role
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Product Management or relevant field
•Master’s degree in a related discipline will be considered an asset
•5+ years of experience in similar role, preferably in the energy sector
•Proficiency in Excel & good knowledge of Power BI
•Excellent verbal and written communication in English
•Ability to justify product initiatives in terms of ROI and demonstrate how they create value
