- Ηγείσαι και εποπτεύεις τις δραστηριότητες προμηθειών σε έργα ανανεώσιμης ενέργειας, BESS και υποδομών
- Τηρείς τις εσωτερικές πολιτικές και διαδικασίες προμηθειών και τα χρονοδιαγράμματα έργων
- Εγκρίνεις και αξιολογείς τις προσφορές προμηθευτών
- Προετοιμάζεις τεχνικές και εμπορικές αξιολογήσεις
- Εποπτεύεις, καθοδηγείς και υποστηρίζεις μηχανικούς προμηθειών
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις διαδικασίες διαγωνισμών και επιλογής προμηθευτών
- Πραγματοποιείς τεχνικό due diligence προμηθευτών
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση και τους δείκτες απόδοσης των προμηθευτών
- Υποστηρίζεις τις διαπραγματεύσεις και ανασκοπήσεις συμβάσεων EPC και προμηθευτών
- Εξασφαλίζεις την ακρίβεια και πληρότητα της τεκμηρίωσης προμηθειών
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τη Διοίκηση Έργου, Μηχανικούς, Νομικό Τμήμα και O&M για την επίλυση θεμάτων προμηθειών και προμηθευτών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- διαχείριση προμηθευτών και διαδικασίες προμηθειών σε έργα ανανεώσιμης ενέργειας και υποδομών
- διαδικασίες διαγωνισμών και due diligence προμηθευτών
- τεχνικές αξιολογήσεις και εμπορικές αξιολογήσεις προσφορών
- ανασκόπηση και διαχείριση συμβάσεων EPC και προμηθευτών
- διαπραγματεύσεις και παρακολούθηση απόδοσης προμηθευτών
- Microsoft Office και κατανόηση τεχνικών προδιαγραφών
- συνεργασία με διευθυντικά τμήματα έργου και διαχείριση στελεχών

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are currently looking for a Procurement Supervisor to join the Technical & Procurement Department. We are seeking a Procurement Supervisor to join our growing Procurement Department and support the delivery of complex energy projects. This role is responsible for leading procurement activities across renewable energy, energy storage (BESS), and broader energy infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with company standards, project timelines, and technical requirements.
Your role will encompass:
Lead and oversee procurement activities across renewable energy, BESS, and infrastructure projects
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, procedures, and project schedules
Review and approve supplier offers
Prepare technical evaluations and commercial assessments
Supervise, mentor, and support Procurement Engineers
Manage tendering processes and supplier selection
Conduct technical due diligence for suppliers
Monitor supplier performance and KPIsReview and support negotiation of EPC and supplier contracts
Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement documentation (contracts, POs, technical annexes)
Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Legal, and O&M to resolve procurement and supplier-related issues
What you bring to the role:
Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field)
5+ years of experience in procurement, ideally within renewable energy, BESS, or EPC/infrastructure projects
3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team coordination role
Solid understanding of procurement processes, tendering, and supplier management
Experience in negotiations, comparative analysis, and contract review
Strong understanding of technical specifications and EPC contract frameworks
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Fluent in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred:
Experience in Solar PV, BESS, HV Substations, or large-scale energy/infrastructure projects
Exposure to international project environments
