We are currently looking for a People Analytics Specialist to join our People Insights & HR Digital Innovation team in Athens.
Your role will encompass:
Supporting the deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning (ML) solutions across the HR division.
Analyzing HR data to identify trends and patterns, developing predictive models to forecast future HR trends such as employee attrition, skill gaps, and workforce demands.
Developing intuitive dashboards and data visualization tools using Power BI to present People Analytics insights to HR teams and leadership.
What you bring to the role:
Up to 1 year of experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
Proficiency in Python programming and machine learning development.
Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and translate complex data into actionable insights.
A proactive mindset, eager to learn and implement innovative technologies and continuously improve processes.
Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
