- Αναπτύσσεις και εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες και πρότυπα Project Governance και Project Controls.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και παρακολουθείς το χαρτοφυλάκιο επενδυτικών έργων.
- Συντονίζεις Project Reviews, Stage Gates και Portfolio Reviews.
- Εποπτεύεις τον προγραμματισμό, τον έλεγχο κόστους, την πρόβλεψη και τη διαχείριση κινδύνων έργων.
- Αναπτύσσεις dashboards, KPIs και αναφορές για την παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης των έργων.
- Παρέχεις στοιχεία και αναλύσεις προς τη Διοίκηση για την υποστήριξη της λήψης αποφάσεων.
- Υποστηρίζεις πρωτοβουλίες ψηφιοποίησης και συνεχούς βελτίωσης στη διαχείριση έργων.
