Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρέχεις τεχνική υποστήριξη Επιπέδου 2 για υποδομή OT και βιομηχανικά συστήματα
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και υποστηρίζεις OT διακομιστές, πλατφόρμες εικονικοποίησης και εργαστηριακούς σταθμούς
- Υποστηρίζεις και συντηρείς τη βιομηχανική δικτυακή υποδομή με εξοπλισμό Cisco και Industrial Ethernet
- Παρακολουθείς την κατάσταση της υποδομής OT και ανταποκρίνεσαι σε περιστατικά με χρήση εργαλείων παρακολούθησης
- Εκτελείς αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων, ανάλυση αιτιών και επίλυση θεμάτων δικτύου, διακομιστών και υποδομής OT
- Υποστηρίζεις διαδικασίες backup, ανάκτησης, διαχείρισης ενημερώσεων και προληπτικής συντήρησης
- Συμμετέχεις στην εφαρμογή και συντήρηση μέτρων ασφάλειας OT, όπως προστασία τελικών σημείων και ασφαλή απομακρυσμένη πρόσβαση
- Υποστηρίζεις λύσεις τείχους προστασίας, VPN και τμηματοποίησης δικτύου σε συνεργασία με ομάδες IT και Cybersecurity
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα χρηστών, περιστατικά, αλλαγές και τεκμηρίωση μέσω ServiceNow και άλλων εργαλείων
- Υποστηρίζεις αναβαθμίσεις συστημάτων, αλλαγές υποδομής, δοκιμές και θέματα παραμετροποίησης
- Συντονίζεις με προμηθευτές εξοπλισμού και τρίτους για επίλυση και συντήρηση
- Διατηρείς ακριβή τεχνική τεκμηρίωση, απογραφές περιουσιακών στοιχείων και αρχεία διαμόρφωσης
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ομάδες Μηχανικών, Παραγωγής, Συντήρησης, Αυτοματισμού και IT για διαθεσιμότητα και βελτίωση υποδομής OT
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση και υποστήριξη υποδομής OT και Τεχνική Υποστήριξη Επιπέδου 2
- Διαχείριση Windows Server και πλατφορμών εικονικοποίησης όπως VMware ESXi
- Εξειδίκευση σε τεχνολογίες δικτύωσης Cisco, Industrial Ethernet και δικτύωση TCP/IP
- Εμπειρία σε εργαλεία παρακολούθησης υποδομών όπως SolarWinds και Nagios
- Γνώση λύσεων backup και ανάκτησης όπως Commvault ή Veeam
- Διαχείριση τειχών προστασίας, VPN, τμηματοποίησης δικτύου και ασφαλούς απομακρυσμένης πρόσβασης
- Χρήση πλατφορμών ITSM όπως ServiceNow
- Κατανόηση SCADA και πλατφορμών βιομηχανικού αυτοματισμού, ικανότητες αντιμετώπισης προβλημάτων και αναλυτική σκέψη
