We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Energy Customer Solutions team in Athens, Greece.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key clients across diverse sectors. You will act as the main point of contact between our organization and top-tier customers, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role combines business development, account retention, and cross-selling to ensure long-term, profitable partnerships.
Your role will encompass:
Develop and execute strategic account plans for a defined portfolio of major clients across various regions and industries.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and secure long-term partnerships.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in each client organization.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, including Sales Support, Customer Service, Credit, Legal, Billing, Energy Management, and Product.
Provide tailored solutions aligned with customer needs and our product/service offering (electricity, natural gas, e-mobility, efficiency solutions, etc.).
What you bring to the role:
5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, or commercial roles with direct customer interaction.
Strong understanding of the energy market or related sectors (e.g., power and gas supply, hedging, demand response, e-mobility).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand clients' strategic goals and provide value-driven solutions.
Results-driven and highly organized, with strong time and priority management.
