We are currently looking for a Junior Media Officer to join our Corporate Affairs & Communication Division team in Athens, Greece.
By joining this role, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of media projects and campaigns, ensuring they align with our overall marketing strategies and objectives.
Your role will encompass
Monitor and update the progress of media projects, to meet established timelines and objectives.
Assist in the planning and implementation of media campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with external agencies to execute media campaigns effectively.
Ensure billing procedures run smoothly, including managing and tracking purchase orders, invoices, and payments to vendors and partners.
Proofread and revise contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Support the team with data processing, including collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics and performance indicators.
Prepare and distribute competition monitoring reports to relevant stakeholders within the organization, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Work closely with creative teams to develop media content, providing input and feedback as needed to ensure quality and relevance.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
1-2 years proven experience in related field.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent user of the MS Office suite.
