We are currently looking for an IT Project Assistant to join our IT team, in our Athens Offices.
By joining this role, you will work closely with the Head of IT to ensure smooth communication between Business Segments and the IT & Digital Strategy Division. You will analyze IT service needs, align technology solutions with organizational goals, and collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize IT functions.
Your role will encompass:
- Participates in and monitors new project implementation, documenting risks and opportunities
- Facilitates adoption of solutions, ensuring maximum business value, and collecting user feedback
- Aligns project scopes with organizational goals, identifying interdepartmental synergies
- Assists internal and external partners for efficient IT management. Presents solutions to optimize organizational value and conducts key training sessions
- Collaborates on the annual IT budget and oversees its execution
- Communicates IT policies to employees, addressing implementation challenges with effective solutions
- Ensures timely updates to relevant teams within the IT Directorate
What you bring to the role:
- Degree in computer science or related field; postgraduate studies in computer science or business analytics preferred
- Proficiency in process analysis & modeling
- Strong project management and administrative skills
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Fluent in English, adept at managing stakeholders and fostering teamwork
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
