We are currently looking for an IT Enterprise Architect to join our Information Technology & Digital Strategy Division based in Paiania.

In this strategic role, you will define and drive the organization’s enterprise architecture vision, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology capabilities. You will collaborate closely with senior business and IT stakeholders to shape the future technology landscape, establish governance frameworks, and enable scalable, resilient, and future-ready digital platforms across the enterprise.

Your role will encompass:

  • Defining and driving the enterprise architecture strategy, roadmap, and technology standards in alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions.

  • Establishing and governing enterprise architecture principles, standards, and review processes to ensure consistency, interoperability, and compliance across the technology landscape.

  • Leading the evolution of the enterprise application and platform landscape, promoting standardization, lifecycle management, and architectural best practices.

  • Evaluating emerging technologies and driving the adoption of innovative digital capabilities that enhance business value while maintaining operational resilience.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing architectural guidance, supporting strategic technology decisions, and contributing to enterprise governance and transformation initiatives.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an asset.

  • 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, including significant experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or IT Strategy roles.

  • Proven experience designing and governing enterprise-scale applications, integration, and technology architectures.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF or equivalent).

  • Experience with enterprise applications and ERP ecosystems, such as SAP, as well as cloud platforms and enterprise integration strategies.

  • Solid understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, data architecture, and platform governance.

  • Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with experience collaborating with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
