We are looking for an IT Business Analysis Supervisor to join our Information Technology & Digital Strategy team in Paiania, Greece.
Your role will encompass:
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven environment and supporting their development through regular feedback and coaching.
- Drive the successful collection, documentation, and validation of business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clear communication to technical and project teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and implement technology-driven improvements that optimize business operations.
- Ensure the quality and completeness of business documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user stories, following best practices and organizational standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams, acting as a strategic liaison to align project deliverables with stakeholder expectations and business goals.
- Support cross-functional projects by guiding requirement definition, prioritizing tasks, and managing evolving business needs to ensure alignment with IT capabilities and strategic direction.
- Oversee and guide testing and validation processes to ensure business deliverables meet quality standards and mitigate potential risks.
- Prepare regular updates and progress reports for senior leadership, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and key business impacts.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration and ensure the effective delivery of business solutions.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, including 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
- Experience with business analysis and process mapping tools.
- Good understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and process improvement practices.
