- Επιβλέπεις τη λειτουργία του τμήματος Ηλεκτρολογικής Συντήρησης και των συνεργαζόμενων εργολαβιών.
- Συντάσσεις και επιβλέπεις τα σχέδια υγείας ασφάλειας και περιβάλλοντος των εργολαβιών.
- Διασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των στόχων και διαδικασιών ασφάλειας, ποιότητας και περιβάλλοντος.
- Συμμετέχεις στην ομάδα συντονισμού με την Παραγωγή για την υλοποίηση προγράμματος συντήρησης.
- Εκπονείς προϋπολογισμό και αναλύεις αποκλίσεις.
- Συμμετέχεις στον σχεδιασμό και την επίβλεψη εκπαίδευσης και αξιολόγησης προσωπικού.
- Εκπονείς έργα Συνεχούς Προόδου LSS (Black Belt).

Αυτήν τη στιγμή αναζητούμε Ηλεκτρολόγο Μηχανικό στο Αλουμίνιο της Ελλάδος στον Άγιο Νικόλαο, στην παραλία Διστόμου Βοιωτίας.
Ο ρόλος σας θα περιλαμβάνει:
Επίβλεψη της λειτουργίας του τμήματος Ηλεκτρολογικής Συντήρησης και των συνεργαζόμενων εργολαβιών, με στόχο την επίτευξη των προγραμμάτων συντήρησης με απόλυτο σεβασμό των κανόνων ασφάλειας και των περιβαλλοντικών όρων λειτουργίας της επιχείρησης, υπό την εποπτεία του προϊσταμένου.
Σύνταξη και επίβλεψη των σχεδίων υγείας ασφάλειας και περιβάλλοντος των συνεργαζόμενων εργολαβιών
Διασφάλιση της τήρησης των ετήσιων στόχων και διαδικασιών ασφάλειας, ποιότητας και περιβάλλοντος.
Συμμετοχή στην ομάδα συντονισμού με την Παραγωγή για την από κοινού διασφάλιση της υλοποίησης του προγράμματος συντήρησης του εξοπλισμού
Εκπόνηση προϋπολογισμού και υλοποίηση ανάλυσης σε περίπτωση απόκλισης
Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και την επίβλεψη της υλοποίησης του προγράμματος εκπαίδευσης του προσωπικού και της αξιολόγησης της απόδοσης τους βάσει ατομικών στοχοθετήσεων
Εκπόνηση έργων Συνεχούς Προόδου LSS (Black Belt)

Πτυχίο Πολυτεχνικής Σχολής Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού και μέλος ΤΕΕ
Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ (ιδίως εφαρμογές MS Office)
Επιθυμητή εργασιακή εμπειρία σε βιομηχανία για διάστημα δύο ετών
