Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το έργο από την έναρξη έως την παράδοση, σύμφωνα με το συμβόλαιο και τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές.
- Παρακολουθείς και ελέγχεις τον συνολικό προϋπολογισμό του έργου.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τις διαδικασίες HSE, τη νομοθεσία και τις εταιρικές πολιτικές.
- Συντονίζεις τις ομάδες μηχανικών, εργοταξίου, logistics, ποιότητας, HSE και υποστηρικτικών λειτουργιών.
- Παρακολουθείς το χρονοδιάγραμμα, εντοπίζεις αποκλίσεις και υλοποιείς διορθωτικές ενέργειες.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι συμβάσεις και τεχνικά έγγραφα, διασφαλίζοντας την τήρηση των συμβατικών απαιτήσεων.
- Διατηρείς αποτελεσματικές σχέσεις με υπεργολάβους, προμηθευτές, συμβούλους και λοιπούς stakeholders.
- Ενημερώνεις τη διοίκηση μέσω αναφορών προόδου και τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης.
- Εντοπίζεις κινδύνους και προβληματικές περιοχές, προτείνοντας έγκαιρες λύσεις.
- Δημιουργείς και διατηρείς πλήρη τεχνική και διοικητική τεκμηρίωση του έργου.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 10+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση έργων και κατασκευαστικών έργων ή εργοταξίων.
- Τεχνικό υπόβαθρο σε έργα υγρών αποβλήτων και περιβαλλοντικά έργα υγρών αποβλήτων.
- Έλεγχος προϋπολογισμού έργου και παρακολούθηση χρονοδιαγράμματος.
- Διαχείριση συμβάσεων, τεχνική τεκμηρίωση και παρακολούθηση προόδου και αναφορές.
- Συντονισμός διεπιστημονικών ομάδων και διαχείριση stakeholders.
- Διαχείριση κινδύνων, συμμόρφωση HSE, MS Office και Αγγλικά.
