Περιγραφή Θέσης

We are currently looking for a HR Front Office Associate to join our People Services team in Fokida, Greece (on-site).

 

By joining this role, you’ll support the delivery of efficient HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate execution of HR processes in compliance with company policies and labor laws.

 

Your role will encompass:
• Providing front-line HR support to employees and handling HR-related queries and tickets.
• Following up on employee requests and ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding, contract management, leave administration, and employment changes.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HR data quality and compliance.
• Preparing HR-related documentation and supporting reporting activities.
• Supporting managers and employees in the correct execution of HR processes and procedures.
• Acting as backup for payroll preparation activities.
• Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate HR team members or management.

 

What you bring to the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and HR systems.
• Experience in HR, administration, or customer-facing roles will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ticketing systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
