Τι θα κάνεις
- Οργανώνεις και επιβλέπεις τις καθημερινές κατασκευαστικές εργασίες στα ανατεθειμένα μέτωπα.
- Συντονίζεις συνεργεία, υπεργολάβους και εξοπλισμό σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα εργασιών.
- Προγραμματίζεις τις ημερήσιες και εβδομαδιαίες ανάγκες πόρων με τον Site Manager και τους μηχανικούς εργοταξίου.
- Ελέγχεις τη συμμόρφωση των εργασιών με τα εγκεκριμένα σχέδια, τα Method statements και τις απαιτήσεις ποιότητας.
- Εφαρμόζεις τους κανόνες ασφάλειας και τις περιβαλλοντικές διαδικασίες, αντιμετωπίζοντας άμεσα μη ασφαλείς συνθήκες.
- Παρακολουθείς την ποιότητα εργασιών, την παραγωγικότητα και την πρόοδο, αναφέροντας καθυστερήσεις ή ελλείψεις πόρων.
- Συντονίζεις τις παραδόσεις, τη διαχείριση και την αποθήκευση υλικών για την απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία του εργοταξίου.
- Τηρείς καθημερινά αρχεία για τις ολοκληρωμένες εργασίες, το προσωπικό, τον εξοπλισμό και τα ζητήματα του εργοταξίου.
- Εντοπίζεις πρακτικά κατασκευαστικά προβλήματα και συντονίζεις την επίλυσή τους με την ομάδα μηχανικών εργοταξίου.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 10+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Επίβλεψη εργοταξίου κατασκευών και παρακολούθηση προόδου κατασκευών
- Θαλάσσια έργα, χωματουργικά έργα και έργα πολιτικού μηχανικού
- Συντονισμός συνεργείων, υπεργολάβων και κατασκευαστικού εξοπλισμού
- Ερμηνεία κατασκευαστικών σχεδίων και Method statements
- Ασφάλεια εργοταξίου και ποιοτικός έλεγχος κατασκευών
- Προγραμματισμός πόρων, MS Office και γνώσεις Η/Υ
