We are currently looking for a Electrical Proposals Engineer to join our Proposals team for Power Plants and Substations projects in Athens offices.
Your role will encompass:
- Evaluating bids from Partners, Sub-contractors and suppliers and presenting recommendations to the Proposal Manager
- Contacting the Customer and other proposals disciplines, departments (engineering, construction etc.), Partners, Sub-contractors, and external Consultants to fulfill the Tender requirements
- Performing the technical and commercial correspondence with the Customer and external partners
- Composing Layout Plan of the proposal working closely with technical experts within the organization
- Composing Electrical Works proposal (documentation, drawings, time schedule, and budget)
- Clarifying with the Customer for the submitted offer
- Archiving and organizing the proposal data
What you bring to the role:
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience in a similar role or being involved in proposal / tendering /sales procedures or project execution of Energy projects, will be considered as an asset
- Strong Knowledge of electrical engineering aspects on Energy Projects
- Experience in working with multi-cultural project teams, across different locations and time zones
- Fluency in English is essential
- Knowledge of either French or German will be an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel on a regular basis to customer and project locations in Greece and abroad
