We are currently looking for a Data Scientist to join our Energy Customer Solutions team in Athens.
Your role will encompass:
- Analysing large datasets to identify patterns and anomalies that could indicate billing errors, payments and collectability patterns or revenue leakage.
- Developing models to forecast energy consumption, customer payments’ behaviour, and potential revenue risks.
- Creating dashboards and reports to visualize revenue assurance metrics and present findings to stakeholders.
- Implementing data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the integrity of billing and payments’ data.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Data Analysis, Data Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Data Science.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with ML algorithms for predictive modelling and anomaly detection.
- Experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) to extract and manage data.
- Experience in Tableau, Power BI, or similar for creating insightful visual reports.
