We are currently looking for a Commissioning Engineer to join our PV & HV Construction team. 

 

Your role will encompass 

  • Review of System/Equipment Commissioning procedures  
  • Prepare & fill in Commissioning / Testing documentation and record sheets (protocols)  
  • Keep records of the External Commissioning Consultants Time sheets, if necessary 
  • Collect and provide all technical information for purchase orders related to material-tools and consumables and spare parts equipment 
  • Participate in the Equipment/System walk down for turnover from construction to commissioning 
  • Follow-up closing of the punch list items produced either from the Equipment/System walk down for turnover from construction to commissioning or from any other inspection (including those with Client) 
  • Performance of the System/Equipment checks and component tests, as required 
  • Performance of the System Functional tests in cooperation with Electrical and I&C Commissioning Engineers 
  • Supervision and troubleshooting of the System/Equipment Operation and Maintenance during the Commissioning phase 
  • Prepare or review of various Commissioning Method Statements for Pre-commissioning works 
  • Prepare or review of various Commissioning ITPs based on Project Commissioning documents 
  • Supervise the Vendors Specialized Commissioning personnel 
  • Prepare all the necessary Commissioning documentation to be submitted into the Turnover packages for Plant Take Over by the Owner 

What you bring to the role: 

  • University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 
  • 1-3 years of experience as a member of a commissioning team 
  • Excellent use of English language 
  • Αble to achieve the goals set by the management, guiding the available personnel and resources 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills 
  • Able to work under tight deadlines 
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
