Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι χαρτοφυλάκιο πελατών με ληξιπρόθεσμες οφειλές και παρακολουθείς τις εισπρακτέες απαιτήσεις.
- Επικοινωνείς με πελάτες μέσω τηλεφώνου και email για υπενθυμίσεις πληρωμών και έγκαιρες εισπράξεις.
- Διερευνάς και επιλύεις θέματα πληρωμών, χρεώσεων, τιμολόγησης και διαφορών λογαριασμών.
- Διαπραγματεύεσαι διακανονισμούς πληρωμών και σχέδια αποπληρωμής σύμφωνα με τις εταιρικές πολιτικές.
- Παρακολουθείς τις συμφωνημένες δεσμεύσεις πληρωμής και πραγματοποιείς τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες παρακολούθησης.
- Εντοπίζεις πελάτες με αυξημένο πιστωτικό ή εισπρακτικό κίνδυνο και κλιμακώνεις σύνθετες υποθέσεις.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικές ομάδες για την επίλυση θεμάτων και την επιτάχυνση των εισπράξεων.
- Επιτυγχάνεις ατομικούς και ομαδικούς στόχους εισπράξεων και KPI.
- Συμβάλλεις στη συνεχή βελτίωση των διαδικασιών και πρακτικών εισπράξεων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Διαχείριση εισπράξεων και παρακολούθηση εισπρακτέων απαιτήσεων
- Επικοινωνία με πελάτες και διαπραγμάτευση
- Επίλυση θεμάτων πληρωμών και τιμολόγησης
- MS Office και Microsoft Excel
- Εντοπισμός πιστωτικού κινδύνου
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, ιεράρχηση προτεραιοτήτων, αναλυτική σκέψη και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Επίτευξη KPI και στόχων
- Αγγλικά και Ελληνικά
- Οικονομικά / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Λογιστικήκατά προτίμηση
