We are currently seeking a Business Performance Analyst to join our Strategy & Performance team within the M Energy Customer Solutions division in Athens.
Your role will encompass:
Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc performance reports and dashboards aligned with key strategic areas (Operational Excellence, Financial Health, Growth & Sustainability).
Track and analyze retail energy KPIs, such as churn, cost-to-serve, margin per customer, acquisition cost, billing accuracy, and more.
Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Energy Management teams to evaluate operational and commercial performance.
Provide insightful commentary to support monthly business reviews and senior leadership decisions.
Analyze commercial initiatives (e.g., pricing, bundling, and channel performance) and assess load forecasting, imbalance costs, and other energy-specific metrics.
Support the standardization of KPIs, definitions, and reporting logic across systems (CRM, Billing, ERP) to ensure consistency and data integrity.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in reporting and performance tracking.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
+3 years of experience in performance, strategy, or commercial analytics, preferably in the retail energy sector.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, tariff structures, billing systems, and margin analysis.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or Tableau; working knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting procedures.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
