We are currently looking for B2C Partner Support Agent to join our B2C Team part of our Fully Integrated Energy Utility Division in our Paiania Offices.
By joining this role, you'll play a crucial part in building strong dealer relationships, supporting sales effectiveness, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through proactive support and collaboration.
Your Role Will Encompass:
Providing product information and support on promotions, discounts, or updates to help dealers sell more effectively.
Assisting in troubleshooting product or service issues dealers might face, offering quick solutions to ensure sales remain on track.
Coordinating with other teams to ensure dealers receive the necessary support to meet customer demand.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any dealer-related issues that impact the customer experience.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Economics, or related fields.
1+ years of experience in a customer support or dealer-facing role, ideally within the B2C or retail sector.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with Reporting and Dashboarding tools (e.g., BI).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
Completed military obligations (for male candidates).
Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
