Αυτήν τη στιγμή αναζητούμε Βοηθό Λογιστή/Λογίστρια για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα Οικονομικών του Τομέα Μεταλλουργίας, στο εργοστάσιο Αλουμίνιο της Ελλάδος στον Άγιο Νικόλαο, στην παραλία Διστόμου Βοιωτίας.
Ο ρόλος σας θα περιλαμβάνει:
Διαχείριση και εκτέλεση λογιστικών δραστηριοτήτων όπως: έκδοση τιμολογίων πώλησης, καταχώριση τιμολογίων πώλησης, έλεγχος και συμφωνία εσόδων και υπολοίπων πελατών.
Παρακολούθηση της είσπραξης των απαιτήσεων, εγγραφές επί των εισπράξεων και συμφωνία τραπεζικών καταστάσεων.
Προετοιμασία και παράθεση λογιστικών reports, εάν/όταν χρειάζεται.
Υποβοήθηση του Οικονομικού Ελεγκτή και του Ανώτερου Λογιστή στην προετοιμασία και παρακολούθηση των λογαριασμών εκροών.
Τήρηση και συμφωνία λογαριασμών γενικού καθολικού εκροών.
Τι προσφέρετε στο ρόλο:
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ Οικονομικής, Λογιστικής ή Χρηματοοικονομικής κατεύθυνσης.
Προϋπηρεσία 3+ χρόνια στη λογιστική.
Δεξιότητες οικονομικής ανάλυσης.
Πολύ καλή Γνώση Αγγλικών.
Πολύ καλή γνώση Ηλεκτρονικού Υπολογιστή (MS Office), ενώ η γνώση SAP θα εκτιμηθεί.
Ικανότητα συνεργασίας και αποτελεσματικής εργασίας σε ομάδα.
Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και εκτέλεσης των εργασιών βάσει χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.
