The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a restaurant within a luxury hotel or resort setting, with a focus on providing exceptional service, training, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the daily restaurant operations to ensure the smooth running of the outlet, including effective management of staffing levels
-Train, motivate, and coach employees, ensuring staff are delivering the Atlantica values, philosophy and standards of service excellence
-Implement effective procedures for food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service according to the company's standards
-Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner

Requirements
-2+ years of experience in a restaurant management position within a luxury hotel or resort. Previous experience with Marriott brands or other luxury chains (preferred).
-Proven experience in managing and supervising teams, with the ability to motivate and build morale
-Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
-Excellent command of the English language
-Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
-Applicants must have the legal right to work in the European Union at the time of application. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Monthly payment, accommodation, meals provided, hotel uniform, arrival pick up, 1.800 euro net monthly
