Περιγραφή Θέσης
Will be reporting to the Multi Property Communications & Reservations Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities to include:
- Assist in the exceptional Guest Service our Hotels are renown for and all Guest request
- Set-up and reply to all Reservations requests, and send offers.
- Support in the Hotel Guest Service Center, and Call-Center.
The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes
- University Degree in a Tourism (or relevant Master’s degree)
- Working knowledge of Opera
- At least 4 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment
- Excellent command of the English language certified at Proficiency level
- ECDL Certifications for advanced knowledge of a Computer
- Working knowledge of GXP Empower would be considered an assert
- Strong people and project management skills
- Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.
- Organizing skills and coordination ability
- Analytical, and attention to detail
- Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment
- EU National or Greek Resident
