Τι θα κάνεις
- Διανέμεις καθημερινά τις προθεσμίες manifest παγκοσμίως σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς AMS.
- Εκτελείς Δηλώσεις AMS στα αρμόδια τελωνεία.
- Παρακολουθείς τα δρομολόγια πλοίων και τα ETA/ETL/ETD.
- Συγχρονίζεις τα δεδομένα του συστήματος και ενημερώνεις τις προθεσμίες manifest όταν απαιτείται.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αλλαγές στη rotation πλοίων σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις του συστήματος και τους τελωνειακούς κανονισμούς.
- Συντονίζεσαι με το δίκτυο agencies και παρέχεις καθοδήγηση για τη μεταφόρτωση manifest φορτωτικών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών σε γραπτή και προφορική επικοινωνία
- Microsoft Office 365
- Δηλώσεις AMS και συμμόρφωση με τελωνειακούς κανονισμούς
- Διαχείριση προθεσμιών manifest και τελωνειακή τεκμηρίωση
- Παρακολούθηση δρομολογίων πλοίων και ETA/ETL/ETD
- Ναυτιλιακές operations και συντονισμός με το δίκτυο agencies
