executive assistant / project manager

We are looking for an:

                  "Executive Assistant / Project Manager"

Role Overview:

This is a hybrid role combining executive-level administrative support with coordination and follow-up of high-impact projects. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations, efficient time management, and alignment across strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the daily/ monthly agenda and keep the minutes through the year of the executive team, ensuring optimal time allocation and meeting efficiency
• 
  
• Monitor the progress of key corporate projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• 
  
• Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure task completion and accountability
• 
  
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings and strategic planning
• 
  
• Organize and support internal corporate events, meetings, and executive offsites
• 
  
• Serve as a point of contact between executives and various departments within the company
• 
  
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination across different functions
• Work closely with Internal Communication & Brand Communication departments
• 
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role, ideally in the retail sector
• 
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• 
  
• Strong written and verbal communication in English & French (is a plus)
• 
  
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
• 
  
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
• 
  
• Ability to work independently & autonomously and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment
•
