We are looking for a:

                            “Digital Domain Leader - Finance & HR”

The life of a Digital Domain Leader @LEROY MERLIN :

• Defines with the business stakeholders, validates and executes the digital architecture of the business domain
• Defines with the business stakeholders, validates and executes the domain trajectories and the components’ road map
• Challenge the business about the expected business results and business value creation delivered by the system
• Manage the projects and the partners involved in the system evolutions - manages delivery and gives the business full transparency about the delivery
• Animates definition and respect of the SLI-SLO-SLA for his part of the system - shares with the business the metrics related to performance of the system
• Manages the budget (build & run) of the information system of the business area - Implements and animates the decision making process related to the priorities and the go/stop decisions
• Promotes and implements agile approaches and continuous improvement/delivery
• Handles the dependencies with the other domains
• Insure the support efficiency on the domain : training of the support team, management of the level 3 incidents and monitoring of the incidents’ resolution
• Is aware about the digital innovation on the domain and makes proposal to the business
• Implement the ADEO digital data strategy
• In 2026/2027, this Domain Leader should lead 1 major project related to Finance : Implementation of the ADEO solution for accountancy and indirect purchases (SAP - go live in 2027)

We will have the perfect match if you have:

• Strong competencies in IT, software development and integration and information system architecture
• BSc degree in Computer Science or related field
•  An experience in SAP projects for finance is required.
• Up to 5 years of successful working experience in product management and/or as a Solution architect
• New solutions implementation background, leading business process analysis sessions, solution prototyping and proof of concepts, identifying Total Cost of Ownership and support models at scale
• Experience on architectural role within Product Organization will be considered as an advantage
• Experience in Product Information Management System implementation will be considered as well as an advantage
• Knowledge of AKENEO system would be an advantage
• Fluent in Greek & English
