The life of a Data Operator @LEROY MERLIN :

The data factory team of LMGR & CY undergoes a big shift regarding the way we treat our product and supplier data. We are looking for a new member into our team which can help us during our digital data transformation. The main activities of the team currently concern product creation, price changes, the administration of commercial operations, etc. The digitalization shift concerns the improvement and automation of those processes in order to reduce time to market whilst increasing the quality of the deliverable.

Role description

• Communicate directly with internal stakeholders to collect all necessary data information for the administration of the database.
• Compiling, sorting and verifying accuracy of collected information to prepare for data entry.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
• Ensure continuous improvements of applied processes and tools.
• Be the point of reference for all data quality issues. Evaluate issues and problems with data and propose solutions.
• Promote, through data, business objectives/strategy.

We will have the perfect match if you have:

• Proven experience of MS Office and data programs
• Εxperience with google applications
• Attention to detail
• Critical thinking
• Team player,agility and adaptability
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Ideally experience in retail and knowledge of ERP systems
• Quality by design
