Η LMW αναζητά, έναν Back Office Supervisor, εκ μέρους μεγάλης Δικηγορικής Εταιρείας, η οποία εδρεύει στα Νότια Προάστια.
Responsibilities
- Καθοδήγηση, εποπτεία και αξιολόγηση της ομάδας back office
- Κατανομή εργασιών
- Εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη νέων και υφιστάμενων υπαλλήλων
- Διασφάλιση τήρησης εσωτερικών διαδικασιών
- Εποπτεία διαχείρισης νομικών φακέλων
- Παρακολούθηση προθεσμιών (δικασίμων, καταθέσεων, deadlines)
- Διασφάλιση σωστής αρχειοθέτησης και ενημέρωσης συστημάτων
Requirements
Αντίστοιχη εμπειρία σε Δικηγορική Εταιρεία θα εκτιμηθεί θετικά
Πολύ καλή χρήση προγραμμάτων MS Office, με έμφαση στο Excel/γνώση σχετικών εργαλείων και διαδικασιών αντικειμένου, ικανότητα χρήσης ηλεκτρονικών εφαρμογών και συστημάτων
Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και ταχύτητα στην εκτέλεση εργασιών
Ικανότητα εργασίας σε απαιτητικούς ρυθμούς και αυστηρή τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
