Η LMW αναζητά, έναν Back Office Support Agent, εκ μέρους μεγάλης Δικηγορικής Εταιρείας, η οποία εδρεύει στα Νότια Προάστια.
Responsibilities
Καταχώρηση, ενημέρωση και αρχειοθέτηση νομικών φακέλων (φυσικών και ηλεκτρονικών)
Έλεγχος πληρότητας και ορθότητας εγγράφων
Προετοιμασία και οργάνωση φακέλων για δικαστικές διαδικασίες
Παρακολούθηση προθεσμιών (δικασίμων, καταθέσεων, ενεργειών)
Συλλογή και οργάνωση απαραίτητων δικαιολογητικών
Υποστήριξη νομικού τμήματος
Requirements
Αντίστοιχη εμπειρία σε Δικηγορική Εταιρεία θα εκτιμηθεί θετικά
Πολύ καλή χρήση προγραμμάτων MS Office, με έμφαση στο Excel/γνώση σχετικών εργαλείων και διαδικασιών αντικειμένου, ικανότητα χρήσης ηλεκτρονικών εφαρμογών και συστημάτων
Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και ταχύτητα στην εκτέλεση εργασιών
Ικανότητα εργασίας σε απαιτητικούς ρυθμούς και αυστηρή τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
