LMW, for its client, a leading multinational organization operating in the power tool accessories, hand tools, storage solutions and personal protective equipment (PPE) industry, is seeking an Area Sales & Business Development Representative to support and expand its commercial activities in Greece.
Our client is a globally established group with a strong portfolio of professional and consumer tool brands, operating through distributor-led and dealer-based sales models. The company is recognized for innovation, product quality, and strong partnerships across retail and professional trade channels. The role acts as a key link between distributor teams, dealers and end customers, supporting sustainable growth and market expansion.
The Role
This is a field-based commercial position with strong market exposure, involving close cooperation with distributors, dealers and marketing teams. The successful candidate will focus on developing business opportunities across accessories, hand tools, storage solutions and PPE (excluding power tools).
The position requires frequent travel within Greece and Turkey, including overnight stays and occasional weekend participation in trade fairs and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company growth plans
Support the local distributor in expanding the dealer network and onboarding new clients
Strengthen cooperation with existing dealers by expanding product range and shelf presence
Conduct market mapping to identify purchasing behaviors and growth opportunities
Support e-shop and online channel expansion initiatives
Deliver merchandising initiatives in cooperation with Marketing
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to distributors and dealers
Train distributor and dealer teams to a high professional standard
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions and promotional events
Monitor market trends and report insights to the Business Partner team
Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience in accessories, hand tools, storage solutions or PPE
Experience in dealer-based or distributor-led sales environments
Technical or product-driven commercial background
Greek language (mandatory)
English (communicative level – mandatory)
Turkish (strong advantage)
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently
Strong technical aptitude and hands-on mindset
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based role while collaborating cross-functionally
