To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team an

                                                          Urban Planning and Permitting Assistant

                                                                     Based @ The Ellinikon Offices

We are seeking a highly motivated Urban Planning and Permitting Assistant to join the Urban Planning and Permitting Department.
The Assistant will be reporting to the Urban Planning and Permitting Chief Officer, shall work along with the Urban Planning and Permitting Division and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the Division with administrative and secretarial work.
 

In detail, the UPP Assistant will be responsible:

  • Filling and generating reports, data, contracts, and relevant presentations required by the Division.

  • Control and implementation of all SAP related procedures.

  • Monitoring division’s expenses by handling SAP purchase orders and invoices.

  • Organizing appointments, travel arrangements, screening phone calls, purchasing any Division’s orders, attending department meetings, keeping relevant minutes/notes.

  • Acting as a liaison with the other Divisions or Departments within the Company, as well as with suppliers, agencies, and clients. 

  • Additional day-to-day duties as required.
     

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:


Academic Qualifications:

  • Ideally, holds a university degree.

  • Excellent written and oral command of the English language (a Proficiency degree would be considered a plus).
     

Professional Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative position. 

  • Excellent use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). 

  • Operating knowledge of SAP.
     

On a personal side, the ideal candidate has:

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Has strong organizational skills, a solid sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability. 

  • Perform with discretion and confidentiality. 

  • Should be motivated, organized and able to work effectively in a demanding environment. 

  • Is able to prioritize, perform well under pressure and handle multiple assignments, while keeping an eye on the deadlines.

  •  Can anticipate upcoming needs, have a problem-solving attitude and a forward mindset.
