Τι θα κάνεις
- Επεξεργάζεσαι πληρωμές προμηθευτών και λοιπές πληρωμές σύμφωνα με τις εταιρικές πολιτικές και διαδικασίες.
- Εκτελείς εργασίες ταμείου και καθημερινές εργασίες διαχείρισης μετρητών.
- Υποστηρίζεις την πρόβλεψη ταμειακών ροών, την παρακολούθηση ρευστότητας και το treasury reporting.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τραπεζικούς λογαριασμούς, πλατφόρμες e-banking, τραπεζικά έγγραφα και δικαιώματα πρόσβασης χρηστών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τράπεζες και εσωτερικούς συνεργάτες για την επίλυση θεμάτων Treasury.
- Τηρείς αρχεία Treasury και υποστηρίζεις πρωτοβουλίες βελτίωσης διαδικασιών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Λειτουργίες Treasury, επεξεργασία πληρωμών και τραπεζικές λειτουργίες
- Cash management, παρακολούθηση ταμειακών ροών και διαχείριση ρευστότητας
- Διαχείριση τραπεζικών λογαριασμών και πλατφόρμες e-banking
- ERP συστήματα και Microsoft Excel
- Treasury reporting και αναλυτικές δεξιότητες
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων, οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Χρηματοοικονομικά / Λογιστική / Οικονομικά / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
