Senior Marketing Associate, Malls
Our new colleague plays a key role in supporting and executing impactful campaigns and events that engage a diverse mix of audiences while strengthening brand purpose for Lamda Malls. He/she is responsible for upholding the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing and experiential marketing initiatives across all malls (The Mall Athens, Golden Hall, Designer Outlet, Mediterranean Cosmos). This includes implementing integrated marketing campaigns, experiential events, tenant support programs, and promotional activities that align with the overarching brand strategy and business objectives. Acting as a vital link between strategic planning and hands-on execution, the role collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality initiatives that enhance brand presence, customer engagement, and footfall across all malls.
In detail, the Senior Marketing Associate, Malls, will support the Malls Marketing Department, in the following:
Marketing Campaign Support:
• Support the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL)
• Coordinate the production and rollout of marketing materials (e.g. campaign key visuals, radio spots, printed collateral) ensuring brand alignment
• Liaise with advertising and production agencies to manage briefings, evaluate proposals, track deliverables, ensure timely delivery of all material across all touchpoints (ATL & BTL).
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and analysis
Events & Experiential Marketing:
• Support the creation of meaningful briefs to agencies and evaluating proposals for experiential events
• Manage the production and adaptation of event communication materials
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess effectiveness and gather insights
• Support the development of 360 communication plans to engage relevant audiences per event
• Ensure the utilization of various marketing channels to amplify event reach and engagement
• Assist in identifying new trends in experiential marketing related to retail
Project Coordination & Budget:
• Maintain calendars, documentation, and timelines for marketing and event activities
• Support budget tracking and reporting for both marketing and experiential events in collaboration with the Marketing & Events Senior Manager
• Assist in managing procurement processes, vendor coordination, and compliance with internal procedures
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign/event performance and ROI using data insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless project implementation
• Maintain professional communication with external partners, vendors, and tenants to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field. A master’s degree is a
minimum requirement for this position.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is an asset
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in advertising and / or communications agency
- Knowledge of marketing activities and requirements in relation to retail, visitor attractions, or related environments
- Proven ability to write comprehensive brief to agencies
