We are seeking a highly motivated Attorney at Law to join our Legal Department.

The selected candidate will offer its legal expertise and advice to ensure the legal support of Ellinikon Project, while simultaneously keeping in mind the Company’s commercial, organization & financial targets.

Indicatively, the Senior Legal Associate will: 

• Support and advise business clients - particularly the departments associated with the development and construction of projects - on legal issues associated with their business operations through identifying and analyzing legal risks;

• Draft memos and opinions that summarize and efficiently communicate legal terms to business people;

• Review and negotiate custom-made agreements, addressing the legal issues thereof and improve standard form of agreements that the Company has already in place, so that they comply with Company’s policies and meet business strategy and objectives;

• Liaise with, organize and coordinate external providers of legal services (counsels, notaries etc.) regarding their assignments.

On all the above, for the time being, emphasis is anticipated to be given on the Company’s departments that are related to commercial projects throughout their lifecycle, i.e. from urban planning, development, construction and up to the completion thereof. 

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications & Professional Experience:

• A degree in Law, preferably combined with a post graduate degree in civil and/or business Law and/or in studies associated with the Real Estate sector in general;

• Studies and/or coursework on business-related legal issues and particularly on issues related to Real Estate projects (from development and construction to sale and purchase); and

• Excellent command of the English language.

 Professional Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in a well-organized Legal Department and/or Law Firm;

• License to practice law from the State Bar Association.
