- Υποστηρίζεις τις καθημερινές δραστηριότητες και τις στρατηγικές πρωτοβουλίες για την ομαλή λειτουργία των συστημάτων του Εμπορικού Τομέα.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικούς stakeholders, ομάδες IT και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για την υλοποίηση συστημάτων και έργων μετασχηματισμού.
- Συλλέγεις επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες και απαιτήσεις συστημάτων, τεκμηριώνεις functional specifications και υποστηρίζεις βελτιώσεις συστημάτων.
- Υποστηρίζεις τον σχεδιασμό, την υλοποίηση και τη συνεχή βελτίωση λειτουργικών συστημάτων, Automation και επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών.
- Εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες απλοποίησης διαδικασιών, ενίσχυσης της αποδοτικότητας και βελτίωσης της εμπειρίας χρήστη.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη συντήρηση, την παράδοση και τη συνεχή βελτιστοποίηση συστημάτων CRM/PMS και διαχείρισης εγγράφων.
- Εκτελείς User acceptance testing και ελέγχους συστημάτων.
- Παρέχεις εκπαίδευση και συνεχή υποστήριξη σε συναδέλφους για επιχειρησιακά συστήματα και διαδικασίες.
- Ενημερώνεις CRM και PMS και διατηρείς ενημερωμένη βάση δεδομένων leads, λογαριασμών, συνεργατών, ευκαιριών και συναλλαγών.
- Υποστηρίζεις το reporting και την παρακολούθηση απόδοσης μέσω εξαγωγής, ανάλυσης και παρουσίασης επιχειρησιακών δεικτών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Συστήματα CRM/PMS και Salesforce
- MS Office Suite
- Συλλογή επιχειρησιακών απαιτήσεων και Functional specifications
- Υλοποίηση συστημάτων, Automation και Βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών
- User acceptance testing
- Ανάλυση δεδομένων, Παρουσίαση δεδομένων και Λειτουργικό reporting
