We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Marketing Senior Associate to join the Commercial Department of the Development Division of “The Ellinikon”.

Our new colleague will be responsible to support execution of residential marketing activities of The Ellinikon Residential Projects.

The Residential Marketing Senior Associate will be reporting to the Residential Marketing Director.

In detail, the Residential Marketing Senior Associate amongst others, will have the following responsibilities: 

• Support the Residential Marketing Department in the development and implementation of annual residential marketing plans and campaigns, with a strong focus on digital channels and performance-driven activities.

• Manage and support the development, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of residential digital platforms, including websites, property portals, property management tools, and similar systems.

• Lead and support residential digital marketing activations across local and international markets, including digital campaigns, property listings, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of residential marketing activations, including lead generation, lead quality, conversion rates, and other key KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

• Coordinate media buying efforts for both local and international markets, including digital platforms, online listings, and relevant advertising channels.

• Support the production and development of residential marketing assets, including CGIs, floorplans, walkthroughs, videos, photography, and other project touchpoints.

• Assist in organizing and executing local and international events, including launches, exhibitions, and client engagement activities, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment with marketing objectives.

• Support day-to-day residential marketing activities and administrative tasks, including preparation of marketing contracts, requests for proposals (RFPs), adherence to procurement policies, liaison with internal departments, and invoice tracking and coordination.

• Work closely with the Residential Marketing Director and cross-functional teams (including Development, Sales, and other internal stakeholders) to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

• Out-of-the-box approach and creative thinking to improve the general spectrum for residential projects.

• Teamwork with other marketing team members and successful cooperation and communication with other team members and departments.

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications:

• A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Appropriate certifications and industry affiliations relevant to education and experience.

Professional Experience:

• 5+ years relevant work experience.

• Strong digital literacy with hands-on experience managing web platforms (via CMS), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads), and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4) is an advantage.

• Knowledge of contemporary marketing, communications and promotions principles and practices.

• A detail-oriented, analytical, and methodical approach.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

• Excellent written and verbal Greek and English.
