                                                       Residential Development Director

                                                        Based @The Ellinikon Offices

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Residential Development Director to join the Residential Development Department.

The Residential Development Director will report to the Senior Residential Development Director and will lead one of the vertical product teams.

This role is central to the creation and delivery of the Ellinikon residential portfolio, bridging vision, design, and market execution ensuring that each product embodies the project’s DNA: quality, customer experience, sustainability, and value.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading the end-to-end product development process from concept to advanced design stage.

• Defining product strategy, typology, and positioning in alignment with the overall Ellinikon vision.

• Coordinating and guiding multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, legal and financial consultants and project managers.

• Ensuring optimal balance between experience, value, and cost in every design and technical decision.

• Leading the preparation of Product Briefs, Design Reviews, and Cost–Value Assessments.

• Collaborating closely with Commercial and Program Execution Office (PEO) teams to ensure seamless handover from product definition to permitting, sales, and construction.

• Acting as product custodian throughout the project lifecycle, safeguarding design intent and brand consistency.

• Monitoring market trends and customer insights in coordination with the Commercial Division to continuously refine future products.

• Driving innovation in design, materials, and industrialized construction methods to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Postgraduate specialization in Real Estate Development, Project / Enterprise Management, Engineering Management or other Management or Economics oriented field.

• Excellent professional use of the English language.

 Professional Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate development and related sectors.

• Proven record in leading residential or mixed-use projects from concept to construction.

• Strong understanding of design coordination, permitting processes, and value engineering.

• Experience in managing consultants, architects, and contractors in high-standard developments.

• Familiarity with industrialized construction methods, sustainability principles, and BIM processes will be considered a strong advantage.
