The Product Management Senior Associate will work within the Property and Facility Management unit, aiming to redefine urban living and enhance The Ellinikon experience with tech-enabled, seamless, personalized services. This involves offering everyday, a-la-carte home management services to The Ellinikon residents, such as housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and handyperson services, but also lifestyle services, including premium concierge, fitness & wellness, event planning and pet care services. These services will be provided by third-party vendors through both physical and digital channels. The Product Management Senior Associate will be responsible for the development and monitoring of 5-6 selected services, including the market research, vendor selection, quality checks, and ensuring operational excellence overall.

 

In detail, the Product Management Senior Associate, amongst others, will have the following responsibilities: 

  • Conduct primary research with residents (surveys, interviews) to confirm popular services, willingness to pay, price elasticity and expected level of service.

  • Determine user journey per service and verify range and level of services to be offered.

  • Conduct market research and set pricing levels.

  • Create criteria for vendors’ characteristics and develop a list of vendors that meet these criteria.

  • Engage with vendors to review compatibility and interest and participate in the formal procurement process for vendors selection.

  • Onboard vendors and establish processes at building level to enable physical delivery of services.

  • Coordinate with various departments (procurement, legal, marketing, sales, technology) to ensure timely delivery of services.

  • Monitor and review the quality of physical services provided and collaborate closely with other teams, and especially the customer-facing staff, to receive feedback.

  • Carry out responsive actions, such as training or sourcing new third-party providers, if service quality drops.

  • Keep up to date with sectoral developments and adjust the type and price of services according to market trends.

 

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

 

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a relevant field.

  • Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Mastery in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems will be considered an asset.

  • Proficiency level in English.

 

Professional Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in one or more of the following industries:

    • E-commerce platforms/ marketplaces

    • Luxury goods

    • Hospitality

    • Property Management

    • Personal Care / FMCG

    • Large Retail

    • Telecommunications

  • Work experience or familiarity with countries where the sector is mature, such as the United States of America, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom, is highly preferred but not required.

 

On a personal side, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Proactive, meticulous, efficient, detail-oriented and accountable.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and exhibits strong organizational skills.

  • Team player, with good communication skills, maintaining key relationships with various stakeholders (clients, vendors, external advisors).

  • Focus on execution, getting things done.
