- Οργανώνεις και εκτελείς όλες τις υπηρεσίες MEP για έργα κατοικιών και μικτής χρήσης
- Διασφαλίζεις την καταγραφή των απαιτήσεων του εργοδότη και την ορθή ενσωμάτωση όλων των συστημάτων με κώδικες ασφάλειας και επιτυχία στην παράδοση
- Εξασφαλίζεις τη διατήρηση της πρόθεσης σχεδιασμού MEP και των κριτηρίων επίδοσης κατά τη διάρκεια της κατασκευής
- Συμμετέχεις στην ανασκόπηση και έγκριση σχεδίων σχεδιασμού MEP, υπολογισμών, τεχνικών υποβολών και παρέχεις τεχνικές απαντήσεις σε RFIs
- Παρέχεις απόψεις εκτελεστότητας, value engineering και ανατροφοδότηση κόστους κατά το σχεδιασμό και την κατασκευή MEP
- Παρίστασαι ως ειδικός MEP σε συνεδριάσεις σχεδιασμού, προόδου, διεπαφής, διαχείρισης κινδύνων, κατασκευής και δοκιμών/παραλαβής
- Παρακολουθείς και ακολουθείς κατά την κατασκευή το εύρος έργου, προδιαγραφές, ITPs, σχέδια, υλικά και δηλώσεις μεθόδου για κάθε δραστηριότητα εργασίας
- Βοηθάς στην επίλυση προβλημάτων MEP στον σχεδιασμό και την κατασκευή
- Συμμετέχεις στον προϋπολογισμό και τον προγραμματισμό νέων έργων
- Υποστηρίζεις στην προετοιμασία και εκτέλεση συμβάσεων σχεδιασμού και κατασκευής MEP
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και διοικείς τις συμβάσεις με τους ανατεθέντες εργολάβους MEP
- Πραγματοποιείς συνεντεύξεις και αξιολογήσεις εργολάβων και προμηθευτών για ανάγκες έργου
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 15+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση και εμπειρία σε Υπηρεσίες MEP και σκοπό/απόδοση σχεδιασμού MEP
- Ανασκόπηση, έγκριση σχεδίων MEP και παροχή τεχνικών απαντήσεων σε RFIs
- Μελέτη εκτελεστότητας, value engineering και ανατροφοδότηση κόστους
- Προγραμματισμός έργου, διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού και συμβάσεων MEP
- Συνεντεύξεις και αξιολόγηση εργολάβων/προμηθευτών
- Εμπειρία σε MS Office και AutoCAD
- Μηχανολογική και Ηλεκτρολογική Μηχανική
- Επάρκεια στην Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Γνώση Ελληνικών Κανονισμών Δομικών Έργων, Ευρωκωδίκων, Αμερικανικών και Βρετανικών Προτύπων
