To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring a highly motivated

Guest Experience Advisor 

Designer Outlet Athens (Spata)

Our new colleague will be part will be part of the Center Management team of Designer Outlet Athens, providing excellent customer service to the mall visitors by handling any requests, complaints, questions with high levels of professionalism.

In detail, the Guest Experience Advisor will be responsible:

For handling:

  • the Information Office and guiding all visitors regarding store locations and Marketing/Promotion activities of the mall.

  • the welcoming procedure of all Tourist groups.

  • the Mall call center line, providing information and directions to those interested.

  • all customer service utilities (phone chargers, children's strollers, wheelchairs, umbrellas, etc.).

  • any announcements made in the mall through loudspeakers.

  • the lost & found procedure of the mall.

  • the Gift Vouchers transactions to interested visitors.

For supporting the Center Management team:

  • in all the Health & Safety plans and procedures, ensuring the safety of visitors and the whole Mall.

  • in communicating with the store operators to update all contact details of each store.

  • in communicating with the store operators to submit the sales figures in retail advantage. 

  • in providing secretarial support, if required.

Promotional Activities – Promo Map:

  •  contributes to the creation of the Promo Map and posting instructions per campaign.

  • conducts inspections at the Centre and stores to ensure implementation of promotional materials and pricing.

  • records active store participation for promotion on the Centre’s digital media.

  • monitors and manages VIP & PRIVILEGE CARDS and AEGEAN BONUS CARD, maintaining the related list and updated QR codes.

  • manages the Retail Advantage platform in cooperation with the rest of the team.

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is considered an asset.

  • Excellent command of the English language; any other language will be considered as an asset.

  • Mastery in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Professional Experience:

  • 3 years of minimum relative working experience in a customer service role; experience in reception is considered a plus.

  • Fast & Energetic; extrovert.

  • Multitasking: ability to juggle multiple tasks.

  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit.

  • Reliability and Professionalism.
