FCP&A Senior Analyst - Group Business Planning
Marousi- Golden Hall offices
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Planning Senior Analyst to join our Group Business Planning team in the Finance Department.
Job Summary
Our new colleague in this position will be a dedicated financial modeler. They must have an excellent understanding of Excel to perform complex financial analyses. Duties include building, analyzing and maintaining financial models, performing results and other ad hoc analyses. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is a must.
In detail, the Senior Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
Build & maintain financial models in excel based on historical information and other available industry-specific operating metrics
Participate in the preparation of Group Management Financial Statements report for periodic results. Perform variance analysis (revenue and cost variances against budget and prior year), as well as profitability and cash flow analysis
Participate in the preparation of the Budget and Rolling Forecast, being involved in all stages of the Budget process, including the preparation of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement)
Ensure the models’ accuracy while proposing enhancements to existing models
Provide financial support and analysis to Operation area for strategic business decisions through ad hoc reports
Preparation PowerPoint presentations on monthly results, Budget and other ad-hoc requests for Group Top Management
You would be a great fit for this role if you meet the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration, ideally combined with a Master’s Degree
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent command of the English language
Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CFA would be considered an asset
Professional Experience:
About 5-8 years of relevant professional experience, in FP&A, Deals / Advisory Department
Experience with SAP
Basic Knowledge of the real estate market would be considered an asset
Skills & Capabilities:
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build clear and user-friendly financial models
Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles and a strong understanding of financial analysis concepts and best practices, including DCF, NPV, IRR, and financial statements
Keen attention to detail and the ability to analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
