Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρέχεις τεχνική υποστήριξη και καθοδήγηση στην ομάδα Development Handover κατά την προετοιμασία παράδοσης έργων.
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία και τον τεχνικό έλεγχο τεκμηρίωσης αγοραστών και τεχνικών παραδοτέων.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαμόρφωση στρατηγικών αιτήσεων προς παρόχους κοινής ωφέλειας και τον τεχνικό συντονισμό των σχετικών διαδικασιών.
- Ελέγχεις το commissioning, το testing, τις επιθεωρήσεις και την ετοιμότητα των συστημάτων MEP.
- Παρέχεις τεχνική καθοδήγηση κατά τις επιθεωρήσεις ιδιοκτητών, την επίλυση ελαττωμάτων και τη μετάβαση των συστημάτων.
- Εντοπίζεις τεχνικούς κινδύνους και εκκρεμότητες στα συστήματα MEP και προτείνεις μέτρα μετριασμού.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 10+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Τεχνική εξειδίκευση στη Μηχανική και κανονισμοί και πρακτικές κατασκευών
- Συστήματα MEP και συστήματα building services
- Έλεγχος τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης και συντονισμός μελετών
- Commissioning και testing
- Αιτήσεις προς παρόχους κοινής ωφέλειας και υποδομές κοινής ωφέλειας
- Microsoft Office, SAP και Project close-out
- Μηχανική / Πολιτική Μηχανική / Αρχιτεκτονική / Μηχανολογική, Ηλεκτρολογική και Υδραυλική Μηχανική / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Διοίκηση / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
