- Καταρτίζεις το χρονοδιάγραμμα κατασκευής
- Καταρτίζεις το σχέδιο εκτέλεσης έργου, τις μεθοδολογίες και το σχέδιο ποιότητας
- Οργανώνεις το εργοτάξιο και την ομάδα εργοταξίου
- Επιβλέπεις την τήρηση των απαιτήσεων ασφάλειας, ποιότητας, χρονοδιαγράμματος και προϋπολογισμού
- Καταρτίζεις το σχέδιο προμηθειών και συνεργάζεσαι στη διαδικασία προμηθειών
- Συντάσσεις και εκδίδεις εβδομαδιαίες και μηνιαίες αναφορές προόδου
- Διασφαλίζεις την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του έργου έως το κλείσιμό του
- Εκτελείς τις προβλεπόμενες από τη νομοθεσία αρμοδιότητες επίβλεψης βάσει των απαιτήσεων της οικοδομικής άδειας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 10+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση εργοταξίου, επίβλεψη υπεργολάβων και συντονισμός ενδιαφερόμενων μερών
- Προϋπολογισμός, χρονοπρογραμματισμός και σχεδιασμός εκτέλεσης κατασκευαστικών έργων
- Συμμόρφωση με απαιτήσεις υγείας και ασφάλειας και διαχείριση ποιότητας
- Διαχείριση προμηθειών και διαγωνιστικών διαδικασιών και διαχείριση αλλαγών
- Διαχείριση κατασκευαστικών συμβάσεων
- Συντονισμός σχεδίων μελέτης και σχεδίων εφαρμογής
- Αρχιτεκτονική Μηχανική / Πολιτική Μηχανική / Μηχανολογία / Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός
