Commercial Associate

Based @ Ellinikon Office

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Associate to join our Commercial Department of the Development Division of “The Ellinikon Project”.

Our new colleague will be reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager.

In detail, the Commercial Associate amongst others, will have the following responsibilities: 

• Cooperate closely with the Commercial Managers throughout the development and execution of the leasing strategy, including accounts management, internal reporting and presentations.
• Monitor and report leasing progress in accordance with the Business Plan / targeted KPIs, in collaboration with internal resources (legal, technical, finance etc)
• Support the leasing team throughout commercial negotiations and execution of lease agreements
• Organize and control commercial documentation, including client/CRM records, progress tracking reports, proposals, concept libraries, correspondence (internal & external)
• Conduct market research to understand competitor activity and global market trends in the retail and F&B sectors.
• Coordinate and manage lead generation channels and compile relevant reporting.
• Align with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing activities and timely preparation of leasing material.

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or in a relevant area of study.
• Postgraduate degree (MSc or MBA).
• Excellent verbal and written command of the English language
• Any other real estate related qualification will be considered as an asset.

Professional Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Real Estate sector, ideally focused on commercial real estate, retail leasing and first-base negotiation strategies
• Proficient User of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc)

On a personal side, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

• Strong understanding of the Commercial Real Estate and Retail Sector dynamics
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to communicate effectively across multi-functional disciplines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
